Infinix Zero 5G India to launch on February 8

According to a tip, the Infinix Zero 5G would launch in India on February 8. The smartphone’s main specifications have to get disclosed. The Infinix Zero 5G is the company’s first 5G smartphone, with support for 13 5G bands expected.

Infinix has already hinted that the phone will get released in India via an Instagram post. The actual launch date, however, was not specified. Meanwhile, Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor has teased the phone’s design and triple back camera.

Infinix Zero 5G will come to India on February 8, according to a tweet made by Abhishek Yadav. The phone will also get powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, which will get paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, according to him. He also claims that the phone would support 13 different 5G bands. The phone is said to be the company’s first 5G-enabled smartphone in the country.

Meanwhile, on Twitter, Kapoor teased an orange-colored phone, which is most likely the Infinix Zero 5G. Abhishek Yadav, a tipster, used the identical image in his smartphone tweet. The news comes just one day after media sources revealed the smartphone’s price and capabilities.

The Infinix Zero 5G gets expected to cost around $350. (roughly Rs. 26,200). Kapoor, on the other hand, has stated that it will get priced under Rs. 20,000.

According to reports, the Infinix Zero 5G runs Android 11 with an XOS 10 skin on top. It’s possible to use a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. A MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC with an Arm Mali-G68 MC4 GPU gets in the phone. The SoC can store up to 128GB of data and 8GB of memory capacity.

A triple-back camera system with a primary sensor of 40 megapixels or 48 megapixels, a telephoto sensor, and an ultra-wide-angle sensor might get used. The selfie sensor on the Infinix Zero 5G gets rumored to be 16 megapixels. The Infinix Zero 5G supports 5G, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A fingerprint scanner gets rumored to get included, as well as a 5,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging capability.
